Cloud Adoption & Migration
From signed deal to running workloads: workload assessment, landing-zone design, migration sequencing, and the team enablement that keeps adoption alive long after handover.
Rdan Alsadrah Cloud Adoption & Pre-Sales · Riyadh
At SITE, Saudi Arabia's sovereign cloud provider, I guide enterprises from first RFP to production across cloud infrastructure and AI services. The grounding: four years operating a 300+ host, 4,000+ VM banking private cloud.
Now: cloud adoption & pre-sales at SITE · Track record built at Alrajhi Bank & Banque Misr.
One remit, two service lines: cloud infrastructure and AI services, both carried from first conversation to production.
From signed deal to running workloads: workload assessment, landing-zone design, migration sequencing, and the team enablement that keeps adoption alive long after handover.
Use-case scoping through production RAG: LLM inference, embeddings, vector store, reranking, on in-Kingdom infrastructure that clears NCA, SAMA, and PDPL without data leaving the country. Recently benchmarked HUMAIN m3 inference serving — read the report.
Discovery, solution design, RFP/RFQ responses, BoQs and SoWs, grounded in operations reality, and positioned to convince technical and commercial stakeholders alike.
Cost governance, monitoring, disaster-recovery orchestration, runbooks: the operational discipline that keeps platforms healthy after launch. Built from scratch at two banks.
Guiding KSA enterprises through adopting SITE Cloud, from discovery and RFP through solution architecture, migration, and onboarding into production. Engagements span solution architecture, migration, and onboarding into production. Engagements span both service lines: cloud infrastructure and the sovereign AI stack, covering LLM inference, RAG pipelines, vision, and document intelligence for government, finance, and regulated industries.
Scoping real AI use cases and building RAG pipelines on in-Kingdom models, taking regulated teams from proof-of-value to production without data ever leaving Saudi Arabia.
I had the honor of testing HUMAIN inference serving: 16,126 requests against humain-m3-research-preview on the HUMAIN Node gateway. 21.6 req/s sustained, 11.5k output tok/s peak — full report with scaling curves and production guidance.
Designed, ran, and evolved the multi-site private cloud behind core banking systems: vSphere, NSX-T micro-segmentation, VMware Cloud Director multi-tenancy, and SRM-based disaster recovery across primary and DR data centres.

I run. Consistently. It keeps me honest about what discipline actually looks like, and it's the clearest reminder that showing up every day beats any single performance.
Latest runs WritingOccasional write-ups on what operating infrastructure at scale actually teaches, starting with NSX-T micro-segmentation across 4,000 VMs in a core banking environment.
